yehooo!!! Im chao qun!Today's training is quite relax cos i think coach vivian think today is her birthday so she wanted it to be relax.We ran 10 rounds of wat the "tuf club" ran.Then we did sprinting and changing of direction.Then we did set-play n haha we did celebrating of coach vivian birthday:)!!!! Me,jamie,handayani,mindy n my sis went to take the cake tat we bought 4 her.Miss Siti bought a BIG cake 4 her n presents.We gave her a card n tat cake tat is so small but nvr mind cos (it is the thought that counts)So today very happy n then later we went to eat n go to our study class.
